Lenovo Legion 5 Pro — Battery Health Restoration

“I noticed my Lenovo Legion 5 Pro battery had swollen and the trackpad area was visibly bulging upward, which was not only inconvenient but genuinely dangerous. I immediately rushed to the Xigox Mira Road service centre where the technician carefully removed the swollen battery using proper safety protocols to avoid any risk of puncture. They disposed of the old battery responsibly and installed a brand-new BIS-certified battery with identical voltage and wattage specifications. After installation they ran a full charge-discharge calibration cycle and the battery health monitor now shows one hundred percent capacity with an estimated life of over eight hours on balanced mode. They also checked the charging circuit on the motherboard to ensure the swelling was not caused by a faulty charge controller. Impressive professionalism — Their transparent pricing and no-surprise approach makes them stand out.”

ASUS ZenBook 14 UX3402 — Broken Hinge Fix

“The left hinge on my ASUS ZenBook 14 UX3402 cracked completely and the screen was wobbling dangerously every time I tried to open or close the lid, with pieces of plastic falling off the base. At the Xigox the technician inspected both hinges and found that the right hinge was also developing stress fractures. They replaced both hinge assemblies with heavy-duty stainless steel replacements, reinforced the mounting points inside the laptop body with metal brackets, and carefully reassembled the casing so it looks completely original. The lid now opens and closes with smooth, firm resistance and there is absolutely zero wobble. They even touched up the small scuff marks on the plastic bezels. Excellent repair quality — Their transparent pricing and no-surprise approach makes them stand out.”

Dell Vostro 3520 — General Repair & Service

“I brought my Dell Vostro 3520 to Xigox because it was freezing randomly and the fans were making a terrible grinding noise that made it impossible to work in meetings. The technician ran a comprehensive diagnostic within twenty minutes and identified that the thermal paste had completely dried out and one of the cooling fans had bearing failure. They replaced both fans with genuine OEM parts, applied premium Arctic MX-5 thermal compound, and thoroughly cleaned the air vents of accumulated dust. The temperatures dropped by nearly twenty-five degrees Celsius and the laptop now runs completely silent even under heavy load. They also updated the BIOS and ran a stress test to confirm stability. Outstanding service — I have already recommended Xigox to three of my colleagues.”

They ordered a brand-new backlit keyboard that matched the original layout perfectly, including the specific key travel distance and feel that I was used to. Installation was completed within the committed 2-hour window and every single key now works flawlessly with full backlight functionality.
