They sourced a genuine BIS-certified replacement battery with the correct wattage and voltage specifications and installed it while I waited. I immediately rushed to the Xigox Mira Road service centre where the technician carefully removed the swollen battery using proper safety protocols to avoid any risk of puncture. They disposed of the old battery responsibly and installed a brand-new BIS-certified battery with identical voltage and wattage specifications. After installation they ran a full charge-discharge calibration cycle and the battery health monitor now shows one hundred percent capacity with an estimated life of over eight hours on balanced mode.
