Who repairs your device
Your Lenovo IdeaCentre 5 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

If you are looking for Lenovo IdeaCentre 5 repair in Sandor that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Lenovo bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Lenovo boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Every Lenovo component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Lenovo IdeaCentre 5 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401202 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Sandor Road, our service coverage extends across Sandor and all surrounding localities. In addition to Sandor, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Vasai Station, Vasai Gaon, Ambadi Road and other nearby areas.
How your Lenovo IdeaCentre 5 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Sandor; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every Lenovo repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Lenovo IdeaCentre 5.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we check the battery's actual health (cycle count and current capacity vs. its rated capacity) before replacing it, then safely discharge and disconnect the old cell, fit a replacement matched to your model's voltage and connector, and recalibrate the battery gauge with a full charge-discharge cycle.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
The model
The Lenovo IdeaCentre 5 is Lenovo's mainstream consumer desktop tower — everyday home computing, Lenovo's answer to Dell Inspiron Desktop and HP Slim Desktop.
