10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Khar repair shops handle Lenovo the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Lenovo technicians are trained specifically on Lenovo Laptop architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Lenovo work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Lenovo Laptop models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400052 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Khar West, our service coverage extends across Khar and all surrounding localities. In addition to Khar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Khar Road, Khar East, Khar West and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Khar. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Your Lenovo Laptop leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

Product lines
Our bench covers 7 distinct Lenovo series. That matters for Laptop Screen Backlight Repair, because a IdeaCentre and a IdeaPad are stripped down very differently. We regularly take in IdeaCentre, IdeaPad, Legion and ThinkCentre, along with ThinkPad, ThinkStation and Yoga units for Laptop Screen Backlight Repair in Khar. Specific Lenovo models on our current service list include Lenovo IdeaPad, Lenovo Legion, Lenovo ThinkPad and Lenovo Yoga. If your Lenovo model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Lenovo Yoga is Lenovo's convertible/2-in-1 laptop line — a 360-degree hinge lets it fold into tablet, tent, or stand modes, aimed at users who want touchscreen/pen flexibility alongside standard laptop use.
Worth knowing for this repair: Touchscreen and often active-pen support, distinct from standard clamshell laptops.
The Lenovo IdeaPad is Lenovo's mainstream consumer laptop line — everyday computing and schoolwork at an accessible price, Lenovo's answer to Dell Inspiron and HP Pavilion.
The Lenovo Legion is Lenovo's dedicated gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, strong cooling, and Lenovo's gaming-focused software (Legion AI Engine), competing directly with ROG, Predator, and Omen.
Worth knowing for this repair: High-refresh-rate displays standard on gaming configurations.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, our technicians power down your laptop fully, remove the bezel or display assembly screws, disconnect the fragile LVDS/eDP display cable, and swap in a panel matched to the exact resolution and connector type your model uses — then reseat the cable and run a full-screen color/dead-pixel test before closing the lid back up.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Flickering, lines, dim backlight, or complete darkness on your Lenovo — this is the signal you need Lenovo Laptop Screen Backlight Repair in Khar. Rather than replacing the full lid assembly, Xigox replaces only the damaged panel — saving you ₹3,000–₹8,000 in unnecessary charges. Every replacement screen undergoes full quality checks before delivery.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in Khar is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Prior to touching your Lenovo, our technician sends a WhatsApp quote that covers everything. You see the exact cost — approve it or decline, no pressure. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you approve the repair.
Many Lenovo problems trace back to software. Xigox engineers are just as proficient at resolving driver conflicts as hardware repair. Whether your Lenovo has: an OS that fails to boot, severe virus damage, driver conflicts, or MBR/GPT corruption. Our team restores Windows 10 or 11 in 1–2 hours, with a pre-backup where needed.
Your private information is fully protected during your repair. Residents across Khar rely on Xigox because we follow strict data privacy protocols. During the repair, your photos, emails, and passwords are completely secure. In cases where OS reinstallation is required, we will always inform you first.
Traveling across town in Khar takes hours. That's why Xigox has built a straightforward pickup and delivery network for this job. Simply share your Khar address, and our technician will pick up the Lenovo from your home or office. After the job is completed, it is delivered back fully tested and sealed. Save your time without leaving your desk.
Uncertain about the issue with your Lenovo? Prior to starting any repair, Xigox performs a thorough diagnostic check. The ₹350 inspection fee, it is 100% refunded if you proceed with the repair. Our local experts will show you the broken part in plain English so you can make an informed decision.
Quality matters for this job. Because of this, our team strictly use genuine parts for your Lenovo. Instead of unbranded components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your job will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.

Should any concern arise within 90 days of your job, simply contact us and a technician is dispatched at no cost. This commitment is why residents in Khar return to Xigox.
A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers this repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. When manufacturer warranty has expired, third-party repair is typically often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.

Step 2 — our inspection identifies the exact fault. Next — you give the go-ahead via WhatsApp — completely your decision.
