Xigox is Borivali West's leading independent specialist for Lenovo IdeaPad repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Lenovo hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Lenovo product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Parts for Lenovo IdeaPad models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400092 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near LT Road (LBS Road), our service coverage extends across Borivali West and all surrounding localities. In addition to Borivali West, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Borivali, IC Colony, Borivali East and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Borivali West. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
We back Lenovo work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Lenovo IdeaPad does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we isolate the fault to a specific power stage or IC first (rather than assuming a full board swap is needed), repair or reflow/replace only the failed component using hot-air rework stations, and run full POST and stress tests before considering the job done.
Typical time: 2–24 hours depending on fault complexity
The model
The Lenovo IdeaPad is Lenovo's mainstream consumer laptop line — everyday computing and schoolwork at an accessible price, Lenovo's answer to Dell Inspiron and HP Pavilion.
Skip the directories. Book direct for transparent pricing with Xigox. Motherboard damage on your Lenovo is often repairable at component level — it often means a single IC has failed. In Borivali West, Xigox's board-level engineers identify the exact failing component using circuit schematics, thermal cameras, and oscilloscope probing — and repair at the component level rather than charging for a whole new motherboard. For Lenovo IdeaPad BGA Chip-Level Repair in Borivali West specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Lenovo IdeaPad BGA Chip-Level Repair.
Many Borivali West customers wonder whether their laptop insurance covers this repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. When manufacturer warranty has expired, third-party repair is typically often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
All this job performed by Xigox in Borivali West comes with a written 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. Simply put, if the same issue recurs within 90 days, we redo it completely free. Xigox issues a printed warranty receipt every single time, so you know exactly what is covered.
Arranging this repair in Borivali West is incredibly hassle-free. Step 1, call or WhatsApp us at +91 74997 61196 to describe your issue. Next, our complimentary collection driver arrives at your Borivali West doorstep within 1–2 hours. The team then carry out a thorough diagnostic (₹350, credited toward your repair). Once you agree, this repair is executed with genuine parts — and your Lenovo is returned to you. Most repairs done same day.
Swapping the whole board costs 3–5x more than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's on-site BGA rework station means engineers identify the specific chip and repair at the component level — saving customers thousands of rupees. Customers in Borivali West come to Xigox specifically for this.
Reliability matters for this repair. That's why our technicians exclusively use original-specification parts for your Lenovo. Rather than counterfeit components, we source from established suppliers. This ensures your repair is durable, backed by our written 90-day warranty.
