If you are looking for Lenovo IdeaPad repair in Mahim that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Lenovo bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Lenovo boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Parts for Lenovo IdeaPad models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400016 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Lady Jamshedji Road, our service coverage extends across Mahim and all surrounding localities. In addition to Mahim, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Mahim Junction, Matunga Road, Shivaji Park and other nearby areas.
How your Lenovo IdeaPad gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Mahim; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Lenovo IdeaPad leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this exact symptom shows up, we test the charger's actual output voltage first (a surprisingly common cause, especially with third-party chargers), then check the DC jack/battery connector, and finally test the motherboard's own charging circuit — in that order, from simplest and cheapest cause to most involved.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes
