Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
If you are looking for Lenovo IdeaPad repair in Umroli that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Lenovo bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Lenovo boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Parts for Lenovo IdeaPad models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401606 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Umroli Village Temple, our service coverage extends across Umroli and all surrounding localities. In addition to Umroli, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Umroli Station, Umroli Phata, Chinchani and other nearby areas.
How your Lenovo IdeaPad gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Umroli; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every Lenovo repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Lenovo IdeaPad.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this exact symptom shows up, our technicians check for a battery that's fully dead versus a charging-circuit fault that just looks like a dead battery (the device may power on fine from the wall with the battery removed, which narrows the cause immediately).
Typical time: 30–60 minutes
