10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Uttan repair shops handle Lenovo the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Lenovo technicians are trained specifically on Lenovo IdeaPad architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Lenovo work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Lenovo component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Lenovo IdeaPad — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401106 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Uttan Fishing Village, our service coverage extends across Uttan and all surrounding localities. In addition to Uttan, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Bhuigaon, Vasai Fort, Bhayandar West and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Lenovo jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Uttan. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
We back Lenovo work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Lenovo IdeaPad does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, our technicians power down your laptop fully, remove the bezel or display assembly screws, disconnect the fragile LVDS/eDP display cable, and swap in a panel matched to the exact resolution and connector type your model uses — then reseat the cable and run a full-screen color/dead-pixel test before closing the lid back up.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Lenovo IdeaPad is Lenovo's mainstream consumer laptop line — everyday computing and schoolwork at an accessible price, Lenovo's answer to Dell Inspiron and HP Pavilion.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Cheap replacement screens fail within 3–6 months — colour drift, backlight bleed, and dead pixels. Xigox Uttan uses display panels matched to your Lenovo's exact specification: correct nit rating, colour gamut, and touch response curve — backed by a written 90-day warranty. For Lenovo IdeaPad Laptop Screen Backlight Failure Repair in Uttan specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Lenovo IdeaPad Laptop Screen Backlight Failure Repair.

Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Before your Lenovo is returned in Uttan, it must pass a strict multi-point quality check. A common question is whether an extended warranty applies to this issue. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. For out-of-warranty Lenovo units, third-party issue is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
