Who repairs your device
Your Lenovo IdeaPad is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Boisar East repair shops handle Lenovo the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Lenovo technicians are trained specifically on Lenovo IdeaPad architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Lenovo work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Lenovo component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Lenovo IdeaPad — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401501 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near MIDC Road Boisar, our service coverage extends across Boisar East and all surrounding localities. In addition to Boisar East, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Boisar Station, Boisar West, Boisar MIDC and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Lenovo jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Boisar East. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
We back Lenovo work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Lenovo IdeaPad does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we check both hinges (even if only one feels loose) since uneven wear on one side often means the other is close behind, then replace the worn mechanism and verify the lid opens and closes smoothly through its full range without excess play.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
The model
The Lenovo IdeaPad is Lenovo's mainstream consumer laptop line — everyday computing and schoolwork at an accessible price, Lenovo's answer to Dell Inspiron and HP Pavilion.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Flickering, lines, dim backlight, or complete darkness on your Lenovo — this is the signal you need Lenovo IdeaPad Laptop Screen Hinge Repair in Boisar East. Rather than replacing the full lid assembly, Xigox replaces only the damaged panel — saving you ₹3,000–₹8,000 in unnecessary charges. Every replacement screen undergoes full quality checks before delivery.
