Who repairs your device
Your Lenovo Legion is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Tardeo repair shops handle Lenovo the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Lenovo technicians are trained specifically on Lenovo Legion architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Lenovo work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Lenovo Legion models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400034 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Tardeo AC Market, our service coverage extends across Tardeo and all surrounding localities. In addition to Tardeo, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Cumballa Hill, Pedder Road, Breach Candy and other nearby areas.
How your Lenovo Legion gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Tardeo; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every Lenovo repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Lenovo Legion.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Lenovo Legion is Lenovo's dedicated gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, strong cooling, and Lenovo's gaming-focused software (Legion AI Engine), competing directly with ROG, Predator, and Omen.
Skip the directories. Book direct for transparent pricing with Xigox. Sticky keys, keys that don't register, or a completely unresponsive keyboard on your Lenovo stops you working. All replacement assemblies match the original — identical in feel and function.
Businesses across Tardeo trust our repair to minimise downtime. We offer annual maintenance plans, same-day priority service, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages the repair for your Tardeo workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
Your Lenovo model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
Reliability matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use original-specification parts for your Lenovo. Instead of counterfeit components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.

One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Tardeo is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Before any work begins, our technician provides a clear cost estimate covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Getting your Lenovo fixed in Tardeo is incredibly straightforward. Step 1, call or WhatsApp us at +91 74997 61196 to describe your issue. Next, our complimentary collection driver arrives at your Tardeo doorstep within 1–2 hours. The team then carry out a thorough diagnostic (₹350, credited toward your repair). Once you agree, this issue is executed with genuine parts — and your Lenovo is returned to you. Most repairs done same day.
