Who repairs your device
Your Lenovo Legion is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Khar East repair shops handle Lenovo the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Lenovo technicians are trained specifically on Lenovo Legion architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Lenovo work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Lenovo Legion models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400055 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Khar Danda, our service coverage extends across Khar East and all surrounding localities. In addition to Khar East, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Khar, Khar Road, Khar West and other nearby areas.
How your Lenovo Legion gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Khar East; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Lenovo Legion leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, we first confirm the camera is actually disabled or faulty at the hardware level (checking Device Manager/System Report for whether the OS even detects it) before opening the bezel, since a large share of "broken webcam" cases are a software permission or driver issue, not hardware at all.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
The model
The Lenovo Legion is Lenovo's dedicated gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, strong cooling, and Lenovo's gaming-focused software (Legion AI Engine), competing directly with ROG, Predator, and Omen.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. A gaming PC that won't boot, frame drops, or overheating during gameplay in Khar East — these require a technician who knows gaming hardware. Xigox's gaming repair team identifies whether it's a GPU issue, VRM failure, or thermal problem — fixing only what's broken. When it's Lenovo Legion Camera Not Working Fix you need in Khar East, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished Lenovo Legion Camera Not Working Fix — parts and labour both.
No matter the Lenovo you own, Xigox handles this repair. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
Businesses across Khar East trust our job to minimise downtime. We offer annual maintenance plans, same-day priority service, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages this job for your Khar East workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.

One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Khar East is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Before any work begins, our technician sends a WhatsApp quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Before your Lenovo is returned in Khar East, it must pass a comprehensive 20-point quality check. Our team ensures that the repair was 100% successful, checking wi-fi connectivity. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Khar East.
We know your time is valuable in Khar East. Xigox plans this job for speed and efficiency. In 90% of cases, our technicians complete the job on the same day. Our team offers free doorstep pickup from your Khar East address, execute the repair at our workshop, and return it to you.
Reliability matters for this repair. That's why our technicians exclusively use original-specification parts for your Lenovo. Rather than counterfeit components, we source from established suppliers. This ensures your repair is durable, backed by our written 90-day warranty.
Swapping the whole board costs 3–5x more than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's on-site micro-soldering lab means engineers identify the specific chip and repair at the component level — saving customers thousands of rupees. Customers in Khar East come to Xigox specifically for this.
Wondering how fast Xigox can complete repair in Khar East? Our standard process: First — call or WhatsApp +91 74997 61196 and our pickup technician reaches you within 2 hours. Then — ₹350 diagnostic pinpoints the issue. Step 3 — you approve the quote via WhatsApp — zero pressure. Step 4 — this repair is done using OEM-grade components by our engineers, usually within 2–4 hours. Step 5 — we return it to your Khar East address with a quality report.
