10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Film City repair shops handle Lenovo the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Lenovo technicians are trained specifically on Lenovo Legion architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Lenovo work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Lenovo Legion models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400065 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Film City Road, our service coverage extends across Film City and all surrounding localities. In addition to Film City, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Aarey Colony, Goregaon East, Malad East and other nearby areas.
How your Lenovo Legion gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Film City; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Lenovo Legion leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, our technicians remove the top case or keyboard bezel, disconnect the keyboard's ribbon cable from the motherboard, fit a replacement keyboard built for your exact model (not a generic lookalike), and test every single key before closing the chassis.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Lenovo Legion is Lenovo's dedicated gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, strong cooling, and Lenovo's gaming-focused software (Legion AI Engine), competing directly with ROG, Predator, and Omen.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Lenovo keyboard backlight issues are often caused by a flex cable fault rather than a full keyboard failure. Before assuming the whole keyboard needs replacing, our engineers check the backlight flex path and connectors specifically — sometimes a connector reseat is all that's needed. That's the standard Xigox holds for Lenovo Legion Laptop Keyboard Not Working in Film City — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Lenovo Legion Laptop Keyboard Not Working is complete.
There are many repair shops in Film City, however, Xigox stands out for this repair. We believe in complete transparency. Each repair begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert repair in Film City.
