10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Silver Park repair shops handle Lenovo the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Lenovo technicians are trained specifically on Lenovo Legion architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Lenovo work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Lenovo component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Lenovo Legion — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401107 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Thakur Mall, our service coverage extends across Silver Park and all surrounding localities. In addition to Silver Park, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Mira Road, Beverly Park, Poonam Sagar and other nearby areas.
How your Lenovo Legion gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Silver Park; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Lenovo Legion leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.
