Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
If you are looking for Lenovo ThinkPad repair in Powai that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Lenovo bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Lenovo boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
We stock genuine Lenovo parts and OEM-compatible components for every common Lenovo ThinkPad fault — from screen replacements and battery swaps to logic board repairs and data recovery. Before any work begins, you receive a written cost estimate. Our ₹350 inspection fee is refunded if you proceed with the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400076 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Powai Lake, our service coverage extends across Powai and all surrounding localities. In addition to Powai, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Saki Vihar Road, Chandivali, Hiranandani Powai and other nearby areas.
How your Lenovo ThinkPad gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Powai; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Lenovo work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Lenovo ThinkPad does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Lenovo ThinkPad is Lenovo's legendary business laptop line (inherited from IBM) — renowned for keyboard quality, the distinctive red TrackPoint nub, and exceptional build durability, a long-standing favorite among business and technical users.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Lenovo keyboard backlight issues are often caused by a flex cable fault rather than a full keyboard failure. Before assuming the whole keyboard needs replacing, our engineers check the backlight flex path and connectors specifically — sometimes a connector reseat is all that's needed. That's the standard Xigox holds for Lenovo ThinkPad Laptop Business Keyboard Replacement in Powai — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Lenovo ThinkPad Laptop Business Keyboard Replacement is complete.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in Powai is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Prior to touching your Lenovo, our technician sends a WhatsApp quote that covers everything. You see the exact cost — approve it or decline, no pressure. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you approve the repair.
Numbers speak louder. Xigox maintains a 4.9-star rating from 9,727+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Common praise includes: accurate quotes, fast turnaround, and genuine parts. What Powai customers value most: "Fast, professional service with fair pricing." Become part of the growing community of satisfied Xigox customers in Powai.
