We use OEM or OEM-grade components and tell you which one your quote covers before work starts. We do not fit unbranded aftermarket parts or recycled pulls sold as new — part quality is the single biggest factor in whether a laptop repair lasts, so it is not somewhere we cut cost. Customers across Null Bazaar (400003) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
That is what the ₹350 inspection is for. Symptoms overlap constantly — the same visible behaviour can come from three different components. We test rather than guess, then show you what we found before quoting. If the actual fault turns out to be something cheaper, the quote reflects that. Free pickup also available in Bhendi Bazaar, Bhuleshwar, Mohammed Ali Road and surrounding areas.
Usually not for long. Left alone, most faults of this kind put stress on neighbouring components and turn a contained repair into a board-level one. If you cannot bring it in immediately, tell us the symptoms on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether it can wait a few days or should be powered down now. Our service covers the full 400003 postal area in Null Bazaar.

Lenovo ThinkPad Repair in Null Bazaar — Xigox

Most Null Bazaar repair shops handle Lenovo the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Lenovo technicians are trained specifically on Lenovo ThinkPad architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Lenovo work is so much higher than a general shop's.

Every Lenovo component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Lenovo ThinkPad — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.

We actively serve the entire 400003 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Mohammed Ali Road, our service coverage extends across Null Bazaar and all surrounding localities. In addition to Null Bazaar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Bhendi Bazaar, Bhuleshwar, Mohammed Ali Road and other nearby areas.

How your Lenovo ThinkPad gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Null Bazaar; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.

We back Lenovo work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Lenovo ThinkPad does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done

How We Perform Laptop & Computer Hinge Broken Repair

What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.

1 How It's Performed

For a repair job on this component, we check both hinges (even if only one feels loose) since uneven wear on one side often means the other is close behind, then replace the worn mechanism and verify the lid opens and closes smoothly through its full range without excess play.

Typical time: 45–60 minutes

2 What This Requires

  • A hinge mechanism matched to your exact chassis — hinge torque and mounting vary significantly even across different trims of the same model line.
  • Careful cable routing through the new hinge, since a pinched display cable here is one of the most common causes of a screen fault appearing right after a hinge job.

3 When You Need This

  • The screen feels loose, wobbly, or doesn't hold its angle on its own anymore.
  • You hear cracking or grinding sounds when opening or closing the lid.
  • Visible cracks in the plastic around the hinge area.

About the Lenovo ThinkPad

Best for: business and technical users who prioritize keyboard quality and durability

The Lenovo ThinkPad is Lenovo's legendary business laptop line (inherited from IBM) — renowned for keyboard quality, the distinctive red TrackPoint nub, and exceptional build durability, a long-standing favorite among business and technical users.

Key features

  • Widely regarded as having among the best keyboards in the laptop industry — genuine, deep key travel rather than a shallow chiclet feel.
  • MIL-STD-810G durability testing across the range — drops, dust, vibration, and temperature extremes.
