Lenovo ThinkPad Repair in Umela — Xigox
Most Umela repair shops handle Lenovo the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Lenovo technicians are trained specifically on Lenovo ThinkPad architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Lenovo work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Lenovo ThinkPad models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401208 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near St. Gonsalo Garcia Church Bassein (nearby), our service coverage extends across Umela and all surrounding localities. In addition to Umela, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Naigaon West, Naigaon East, Bhabola and other nearby areas.
How your Lenovo ThinkPad gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Umela; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Lenovo ThinkPad leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
How We Perform Water Damage Repair
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
For a repair job on this component, the moment your laptop arrives, we stop any further power-on attempts, fully disassemble it, and clean every affected component with isopropyl alcohol to remove mineral residue and corrosion before it has a chance to keep spreading across circuit traces.
Typical time: 2–24 hours depending on exposure time before being brought in
2 What This Requires
- The device NOT being powered on again after the spill — this is the single most important thing you can do yourself before bringing it in, since powering on a wet board is what actually causes most of the permanent damage.
- Full disassembly to board level, since residue hides under components and connectors where a surface wipe can't reach.
- Isopropyl alcohol cleaning and an ultrasonic bath where the board design allows it, to remove corrosion before it spreads.
3 When You Need This
- You already tried turning it on after the spill and it behaved strangely — this doesn't mean the damage is unfixable, but it does mean getting it to us quickly matters more than ever.
