Dell OptiPlex 5400 AIO — Display Lines Fix

Lenovo IdeaCentre AIO 5i — Storage Speed Upgrade

“My Lenovo IdeaCentre AIO 5i was painfully slow despite having decent processor and RAM specifications, and I identified the bottleneck as the mechanical hard drive that was taking forever to load applications and boot the operating system. The Xigox Khar team proposed an NVMe SSD upgrade which required careful disassembly of the all-in-one chassis — a delicate process since the display, speakers, webcam, and other components are all integrated into a single enclosure. The technician cloned my entire hard drive to a one-terabyte NVMe SSD preserving every file, application, and Windows setting perfectly. After installation the boot time dropped from over three minutes to just eight seconds, Photoshop opens in under four seconds instead of nearly a minute, and even large file operations that used to crawl now complete in seconds. The transformation is remarkable for such a straightforward upgrade. Fantastic storage upgrade — The follow-up call after the repair really showed they care about customers.”

Dell Alienware m16 — Overheating Fix

“My Dell Alienware m16 kept shutting down from overheating. Xigox Khar cleaned the fans, replaced thermal paste, and temperatures dropped twenty degrees. No more random shutdowns even under heavy load. Fast, affordable, and effective.”

Lenovo IdeaPad 5 15 — Display Panel Replacement

“The display panel on my Lenovo IdeaPad 5 15 started showing vertical coloured lines running through the entire left half of the screen, making it extremely distracting and difficult to read text. I contacted Xigox Khar and they had a compatible replacement panel in stock which saved me waiting days for parts to arrive. The technician replaced the entire display assembly, including the bezel and hinges, ensuring a factory-finish appearance. They calibrated the new panel for accurate colour reproduction and tested it with various content types to ensure no dead pixels or uniformity issues. The new screen looks absolutely gorgeous with sharp text and vibrant colours. The replacement was completed in just 3 hours and came with their standard ninety-day no-questions-asked warranty. Fantastic outcome — The follow-up call after the repair really showed they care about customers.”

Acer Aspire TC-1780 — BSOD Fix

MacBook Air M3 15-inch — Fan Noise Fix

“My MacBook Air M3 15-inch fan was unbearably loud during video calls. Xigox Khar replaced the worn-out bearing fan with a genuine part and applied fresh thermal paste. Whisper quiet now even under load. Very satisfied.”

ASUS ProArt Station PD5 — Desktop PC Troubleshooting

“Our office ASUS ProArt Station PD5 started making a loud buzzing noise from the rear and the system would intermittently freeze completely, requiring a hard power reset which was not only frustrating but risked corrupting our important financial spreadsheets. The Xigox Khar technician disassembled the desktop and found the CPU cooler fan bearing had failed completely and the thermal paste had dried out, causing the processor to thermal throttle severely. They replaced the stock cooler with a much quieter and more efficient aftermarket unit, applied premium thermal compound, cleaned all dust from the case and components, replaced the CMOS battery which was also dead, and updated the BIOS to the latest stable version. The computer now runs whisper-quiet even under full load and is noticeably faster since the CPU is no longer throttling. Fantastic PC repair work — The follow-up call after the repair really showed they care about customers.”

Mac Pro M2 Ultra — Fan Replacement

“Case fans on my Mac Pro M2 Ultra were rattling loudly and one had completely stopped. Xigox Khar replaced all three fans with quiet aftermarket units. Internal temps dropped ten degrees and system is near-silent. Great improvement.”
