Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook Air is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Agashi repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple MacBook Air architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Apple MacBook Air models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401301 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Agashi Village, our service coverage extends across Agashi and all surrounding localities. In addition to Agashi, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Agashi Beach, Global City, Arnala and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Agashi. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Every Apple repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Apple MacBook Air.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When you book this with us, we run the same structured diagnose-then-repair process we use for every job: confirm the fault, explain the cause in plain terms, quote the fix, and only then carry out the repair — using genuine parts and testing the result before handover.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes for most cases
The model
The MacBook Air is Apple's thin-and-light laptop line, built around Apple Silicon (M1 through M3/M4) for fanless, silent operation and all-day battery life. It targets students, everyday productivity users, and anyone who values portability over raw sustained performance.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Liquid ingress on Apple MacBook is significantly more serious than on standard laptops — the MacBook board design makes liquid damage more severe. Xigox's Apple team performs corrosion cleaning under microscope: all liquid ingress points addressed — with complete post-clean validation. For Apple MacBook Air Extended Warranty Service in Agashi specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Apple MacBook Air Extended Warranty Service.
