Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered

Yes, minor dents on aluminum or magnesium laptop bodies can be straightened. For severe damage, we replace the body panel with a matching part.
We accept all major payment methods for Apple MacBook Air Laptop Body Repair in Bordi: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash. Payment is collected after the repair is completed to your satisfaction — we never charge upfront without consent. Trusted by customers throughout Palghar — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.
Yes — out-of-warranty laptops are most of what we handle in Bordi. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. We repair at component level where it is safe to do so, which is usually a fraction of that cost, and back it with our own 90-day warranty. Our service covers the full 401701 postal area in Bordi.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your laptop in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. We've been serving Palghar district for over 15 years.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Bordi. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the laptop, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. Customers across Bordi (401701) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your laptop rather than a general helpline. Customers across Bordi (401701) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that laptop before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most Apple MacBook Air Laptop Body Repair work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. Customers near NH-48 (Mumbai-Ahmedabad Highway) in Bordi are covered by our free pickup.
Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than roughly half of a comparable replacement and the laptop is more than five years old, replacement is usually the better call. We tell you which side of that line you are on during the inspection in Bordi, even when the answer means we do not get the job. Free pickup also available in Bordi Beach, Gholvad, Vangaon Station and surrounding areas.

Apple MacBook Air Repair in Bordi — Xigox
Most Bordi repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple MacBook Air architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
We stock genuine Apple parts and OEM-compatible components for every common Apple MacBook Air fault — from screen replacements and battery swaps to logic board repairs and data recovery. Before any work begins, you receive a written cost estimate. Our ₹350 inspection fee is refunded if you proceed with the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401701 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near NH-48 (Mumbai-Ahmedabad Highway), our service coverage extends across Bordi and all surrounding localities. In addition to Bordi, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Bordi Beach, Gholvad, Vangaon Station and other nearby areas.
How your Apple MacBook Air gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Bordi; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Apple work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Apple MacBook Air does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
How We Perform Laptop Body Repair
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we remove the damaged panel section, source a replacement part matched to your exact chassis color and mounting points, and carefully migrate over any attached components (speakers, ports, antennas) that are built into the original panel rather than separate.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes depending on scope
2 What This Requires
- A replacement panel matched to your exact chassis variant — colors, port cutouts, and vent patterns vary even within one model name across regions/years.
- Careful transfer of components that are physically attached to the panel being replaced (speakers, hinges, antenna wires).
3 When You Need This
- Visible cracks, broken clips, or missing sections on the outer casing.
- A panel that no longer sits flush, creating gaps or pressure points.
- Sharp edges from a break that pose a cut risk during normal handling.

About the MacBook Air
The MacBook Air is Apple's thin-and-light laptop line, built around Apple Silicon (M1 through M3/M4) for fanless, silent operation and all-day battery life. It targets students, everyday productivity users, and anyone who values portability over raw sustained performance.
Key features
- Fanless design on most configurations — silent operation, but less headroom under sustained heavy load than the Pro line.
- Soldered RAM and storage — no user-upgradeable memory or SSD, so the configuration at purchase is permanent.
- Butterfly-free scissor-switch keyboard (2020 onward) — far more reliable than the pre-2020 butterfly mechanism.
- Typically 15-18 hours of real-world battery life, among the best in any laptop class.
