How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For an upgrade rather than a repair, we start with a short consultation about what you actually use your laptop for, recommend the specific combination of RAM, storage, or other upgrades that will genuinely move the needle for that use case (rather than upselling parts that won't help), and benchmark before and after so you can see the real difference.
Typical time: 45–90 minutes depending on scope
The model
The MacBook Air is Apple's thin-and-light laptop line, built around Apple Silicon (M1 through M3/M4) for fanless, silent operation and all-day battery life. It targets students, everyday productivity users, and anyone who values portability over raw sustained performance.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Liquid ingress on Apple MacBook is significantly more serious than on standard laptops — the MacBook board design makes liquid damage more severe. Xigox's Apple team performs corrosion cleaning under microscope: all liquid ingress points addressed — with complete post-clean validation. When it's Apple MacBook Air Laptop Hardware Upgrade you need in Prabhadevi, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished Apple MacBook Air Laptop Hardware Upgrade — parts and labour both.
