10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Ghatkopar repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple MacBook Air architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Apple MacBook Air models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400077 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near LBS Road, our service coverage extends across Ghatkopar and all surrounding localities. In addition to Ghatkopar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Ghatkopar East, Rajawadi, Tilak Nagar and other nearby areas.
How your Apple MacBook Air gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Ghatkopar; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every Apple repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Apple MacBook Air.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, our technicians power down your laptop fully, remove the bezel or display assembly screws, disconnect the fragile LVDS/eDP display cable, and swap in a panel matched to the exact resolution and connector type your model uses — then reseat the cable and run a full-screen color/dead-pixel test before closing the lid back up.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The MacBook Air is Apple's thin-and-light laptop line, built around Apple Silicon (M1 through M3/M4) for fanless, silent operation and all-day battery life. It targets students, everyday productivity users, and anyone who values portability over raw sustained performance.
