Repaired in-house by Xigox technicians
Your Apple MacBook Air is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

10 questions answered
Power diagnosis takes 30-60 minutes. Repairs 2-4 hours. PSU replacement same day if compatible unit in stock.
Absolutely. Data security is our top priority. Our technicians never access personal files during Apple MacBook Air Power Issue. We follow strict protocols to prevent data loss, and we'll always inform you before any procedure that could affect stored data. Your privacy is fully protected. Trusted by customers throughout Mumbai City — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.
Xigox handles Apple MacBook Air Power Issue for all major brands in Walkeshwar, including Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Microsoft, Samsung and Toshiba — and many more. No brand or model is too complex — we repair them all. Trusted by customers throughout Mumbai City — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.
Yes — ₹350 for the inspection in Walkeshwar. Our technician diagnoses your laptop and gives you a clear written estimate; if you go ahead with the repair, that ₹350 is adjusted against the total cost, so the inspection itself doesn't add to the bill. If you decide not to proceed, the ₹350 still applies for the technician's time. Customers across Walkeshwar (400006) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
We accept all major payment methods for Apple MacBook Air Power Issue in Walkeshwar: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash. Payment is collected after the repair is completed to your satisfaction — we never charge upfront without consent. We've been serving Mumbai City district for over 15 years.
Yes — out-of-warranty laptops are most of what we handle in Walkeshwar. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. We repair at component level where it is safe to do so, which is usually a fraction of that cost, and back it with our own 90-day warranty. Customers near Walkeshwar Road in Walkeshwar are covered by our free pickup.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your laptop in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. Customers across Walkeshwar (400006) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Walkeshwar. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the laptop, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. We've been serving Mumbai City district for over 15 years.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your laptop rather than a general helpline. We also serve Malabar Hill, Nepean Sea Road, Kemps Corner, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that laptop before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most Apple MacBook Air Power Issue work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. Free pickup also available in Malabar Hill, Nepean Sea Road, Kemps Corner and surrounding areas.

Apple MacBook Air Repair in Walkeshwar — Xigox
Most Walkeshwar repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple MacBook Air architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Apple component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Apple MacBook Air — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400006 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Walkeshwar Road, our service coverage extends across Walkeshwar and all surrounding localities. In addition to Walkeshwar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Malabar Hill, Nepean Sea Road, Kemps Corner and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Walkeshwar. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Your Apple MacBook Air leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
How We Perform Power Issue
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
When this exact symptom shows up, we test the charger and its output voltage first to rule out a bad adapter, then check the DC jack/USB-C port for a cracked solder joint or physically worn connector — the most common real cause — and either re-solder or replace the port assembly as needed.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
2 What This Requires
- Reinforced soldering at the board connection point specifically, since the original failure is very often a cracked solder joint from repeated cable flexing, not the port itself.
3 When You Need This
- You hear a clicking or intermittent-contact sound from the connector when plugging in.
- The laptop charges intermittently — sometimes fine, sometimes not — which usually points to a connection fault rather than a dead component.
The model
About the MacBook Air
The MacBook Air is Apple's thin-and-light laptop line, built around Apple Silicon (M1 through M3/M4) for fanless, silent operation and all-day battery life. It targets students, everyday productivity users, and anyone who values portability over raw sustained performance.
Key features
- Fanless design on most configurations — silent operation, but less headroom under sustained heavy load than the Pro line.
- Soldered RAM and storage — no user-upgradeable memory or SSD, so the configuration at purchase is permanent.
- Butterfly-free scissor-switch keyboard (2020 onward) — far more reliable than the pre-2020 butterfly mechanism.
- Typically 15-18 hours of real-world battery life, among the best in any laptop class.
