Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook Air is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians run a before/after temperature benchmark under load so the improvement is measurable, not just assumed — checking fan RPM response and idle/load temperatures both before opening the chassis and again after the clean and repaste.
Dried-out factory thermal paste is one of the most common causes of creeping temperatures on a laptop that is otherwise healthy — we always clean off the old compound fully before applying fresh paste, rather than layering over it.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The MacBook Air is Apple's thin-and-light laptop line, built around Apple Silicon (M1 through M3/M4) for fanless, silent operation and all-day battery life. It targets students, everyday productivity users, and anyone who values portability over raw sustained performance.
Skip the directories. Book direct for transparent pricing with Xigox. MacBook and iMac use proprietary design decisions that make Apple MacBook Air Thermal Paste Application more complex — soldered RAM, T2 chip restrictions, and True Tone display profiles all require Apple-specific training. In Dindoshi, Xigox's Apple repair team handles Apple MacBook Air Thermal Paste Application for MacBook Air M1/M2/M3, MacBook Pro 14"/16", iMac 24" M-series, and Mac Mini.
Reliability matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use original-specification parts for your Apple. Instead of counterfeit components, we use trusted supply chains. This is how we help your repair stay durable, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.

Your Apple model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Apple computers demand in-depth knowledge for this issue — generic repair techniques are inadequate with Apple's proprietary design. Xigox engineers in Dindoshi are trained in Apple-specific repair procedures: Retina display calibration, covering MacBook Pro 14"/16", iMac 24" M-series, and Mac Mini. All parts are tested to the original specification.

A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers this issue. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Apple units, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
