Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook Pro is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Lower Oshiwara repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple MacBook Pro architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Apple MacBook Pro models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400053 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Jogeshwari West, our service coverage extends across Lower Oshiwara and all surrounding localities. In addition to Lower Oshiwara, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Jogeshwari West, Gamdevi, Oshiwara and other nearby areas.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we fully open the chassis (not just surface-clean the exterior), clear dust from the fan, heatsink, and vents, check battery health, re-seat RAM/storage connections, and run a software health check — treating this as a genuine inspection, not just a wipe-down.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
The model
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Apple's M-series architecture puts everything on a single package — making certain faults more complex. In Lower Oshiwara, Xigox's Apple engineers are up to date on Apple Silicon failure patterns: I2C bus faults, SMC configuration resets, and T2 secure boot diagnosis. When it's Apple MacBook Pro AMC Services you need in Lower Oshiwara, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished Apple MacBook Pro AMC Services — parts and labour both.
There are many repair shops in Lower Oshiwara, however, Xigox stands out for this repair. We believe in 100% upfront pricing. Each repair begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert repair in Lower Oshiwara.

A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers this repair. MacBooks and iMacs require specialist knowledge for this job — standard tools are not compatible with Apple Silicon architecture.
