Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
If you are looking for Apple MacBook Pro repair in IC Colony that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Apple bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Apple boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Every Apple component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Apple MacBook Pro — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400092 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near National Park Gate, our service coverage extends across IC Colony and all surrounding localities. In addition to IC Colony, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Borivali West, Borivali, Charkop and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across IC Colony. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
We back Apple work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Apple MacBook Pro does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we first rule out a charging-circuit fault rather than the battery itself, then — once the battery is confirmed to be the cause — remove it (external latch or internal screws depending on your model), install the replacement, and verify it holds a charge correctly.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
The model
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. A Apple with keyboard or battery issues in IC Colony isn't something every repair shop can fix. Apple's T2 chip requires specific diagnostic firmware. Xigox's Apple technicians use Apple-specific tools: the full Apple toolset. For Apple MacBook Pro Battery Draining Repair in IC Colony specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Apple MacBook Pro Battery Draining Repair.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in IC Colony is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Before any work begins, our technician sends a WhatsApp quote that covers everything. You see the exact cost — approve it or decline, no pressure. Your Apple model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. MacBooks and iMacs require specialist knowledge for this repair — standard tools are not compatible with Apple Silicon architecture. Xigox engineers in IC Colony are trained in MacBook disassembly protocols: Touch ID re-pairing, covering MacBook Air M1, M2, M3. Parts are tested before they are fitted.
Your private information is fully protected during your job. Residents across IC Colony rely on Xigox because we follow strict data privacy protocols. A common question is whether an extended warranty applies to this repair.
