Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook Pro is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

Xigox is Medtiya Nagar's leading independent specialist for Apple MacBook Pro repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Apple hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Apple product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Parts for Apple MacBook Pro models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401107 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Mira Road East, our service coverage extends across Medtiya Nagar and all surrounding localities. In addition to Medtiya Nagar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Geeta Nagar Mira, Mira Village, Mira Road East and other nearby areas.
How your Apple MacBook Pro gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Medtiya Nagar; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Apple work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Apple MacBook Pro does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When setting this up from scratch, our technicians attempt a repair of the existing installation's boot files/configuration first where the data is important to preserve, before considering a full reinstall, which should be a last resort rather than a first response.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes
The model
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Liquid ingress on Apple MacBook is far more complex than on standard laptops — Apple's board layout routes liquid directly to SMC and T2 pathways. Xigox's Apple team uses microscope-aided board cleaning: board traces, connector pins, and USB-C charging components all inspected — then runs full Apple Diagnostics to confirm recovery. When it's Apple MacBook Pro Dual Boot Setup you need in Medtiya Nagar, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished Apple MacBook Pro Dual Boot Setup — parts and labour both.
Every issue performed by Xigox in Medtiya Nagar comes with a documented 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. Simply put, if the same issue recurs within 90 days, we redo it completely free. Xigox issues a printed warranty receipt every single time, so you know exactly what is covered.
Don't just take our word for it. Xigox has earned a 4.9-star rating from 9,727+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Customers frequently mention: no surprise charges, same-day completion, and OEM-grade replacements. What Medtiya Nagar customers value most: "Fast, professional service with fair pricing." Join the growing community of happy Xigox customers in Medtiya Nagar.

Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
Apple computers demand in-depth knowledge for the repair — generic repair techniques are inadequate with Apple's proprietary design. Xigox engineers in Medtiya Nagar are trained in Apple-specific repair procedures: Touch ID re-pairing, covering MacBook Pro 14"/16", iMac 24" M-series, and Mac Mini. All parts are tested to the original specification.
