Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook Pro is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For an upgrade rather than a repair, we run a stress test alongside thermal imaging to confirm whether artifacts or crashes are a genuine GPU fault versus a cooling or driver issue, since those three causes look very similar on the surface but need completely different fixes.
Typical time: 1–4 hours
The model
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Apple display panels, keyboard membranes, and battery packs are not interchangeable with standard laptop parts — generic replacements cause functional issues. Xigox sources genuine-equivalent Apple components for Apple MacBook Pro GPU Upgrade in Marve: display panels matched to Apple specs, genuine Apple BMS-compatible batteries — ensuring full macOS compatibility after repair.
Your private information is fully protected during your repair. Residents across Marve rely on Xigox because we follow strict data privacy protocols. During the repair, your photos, emails, and passwords are completely secure. In cases where OS reinstallation is required, we will always inform you first.
MacBooks and iMacs require specialist knowledge for this job — standard tools are not compatible with Apple Silicon architecture. Xigox engineers in Marve are trained in MacBook disassembly protocols: Touch ID re-pairing, covering MacBook Air M1, M2, M3. Parts are tested before they are fitted.
