It depends on the age and value of the laptop. As a rule, if the repair costs less than a third of a comparable replacement and the rest of the hardware is healthy, repairing is worth it. After the inspection we tell you the honest repair cost and what a replacement would run, so the comparison is yours to make — we do not push a repair that is not worth doing. Customers across Poonam Sagar (401107) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
No. For any laptop that still powers on we take a full backup before touching the hardware, and for units that do not, we attempt recovery before repair. Your data is never accessed beyond what the repair requires, and nothing is copied off-site. Our service covers the full 401107 postal area in Poonam Sagar.
For part replacements our technician works at your address in Poonam Sagar. Apple MacBook Pro Hinge Broken that traces back to the board needs microscope and hot-air rework, so that job comes to the lab — with free pickup and drop either way. We tell you which category yours is before you commit. We also serve Beverly Park, Pleasant Park, Naya Nagar, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.
You bring it straight back. The same fault inside 90 days is covered under warranty — no second inspection fee, no diagnostic charge, no argument. The cover is there in writing so you do not have to just take our word for it. Free pickup also available in Beverly Park, Pleasant Park, Naya Nagar and surrounding areas.
We use OEM or OEM-grade components and tell you which one your quote covers before work starts. We do not fit unbranded aftermarket parts or recycled pulls sold as new — part quality is the single biggest factor in whether a laptop repair lasts, so it is not somewhere we cut cost. Customers near Kanakia in Poonam Sagar are covered by our free pickup.
That is what the ₹350 inspection is for. Symptoms overlap constantly — the same visible behaviour can come from three different components. We test rather than guess, then show you what we found before quoting. If the actual fault turns out to be something cheaper, the quote reflects that. Trusted by customers throughout Thane — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.
Usually not for long. Left alone, most faults of this kind put stress on neighbouring components and turn a contained repair into a board-level one. If you cannot bring it in immediately, tell us the symptoms on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether it can wait a few days or should be powered down now. We also serve Beverly Park, Pleasant Park, Naya Nagar, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.

Apple MacBook Pro Repair in Poonam Sagar — Xigox

Most Poonam Sagar repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple MacBook Pro architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.

Every Apple component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Apple MacBook Pro — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.

We actively serve the entire 401107 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Kanakia, our service coverage extends across Poonam Sagar and all surrounding localities. In addition to Poonam Sagar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Beverly Park, Pleasant Park, Naya Nagar and other nearby areas.

How it's done

How We Perform Laptop & Computer Hinge Broken Repair

What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.

1 How It's Performed

For a repair job on this component, we check both hinges (even if only one feels loose) since uneven wear on one side often means the other is close behind, then replace the worn mechanism and verify the lid opens and closes smoothly through its full range without excess play.

Typical time: 45–60 minutes

2 What This Requires

  • A hinge mechanism matched to your exact chassis — hinge torque and mounting vary significantly even across different trims of the same model line.
  • Careful cable routing through the new hinge, since a pinched display cable here is one of the most common causes of a screen fault appearing right after a hinge job.

3 When You Need This

  • The screen feels loose, wobbly, or doesn't hold its angle on its own anymore.
  • You hear cracking or grinding sounds when opening or closing the lid.
  • Visible cracks in the plastic around the hinge area.

The model

About the MacBook Pro

Best for: video/photo editing, software development, and sustained heavy workloads

The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.

Key features

  • Active fan cooling allows sustained high performance under video export, 3D rendering, and compilation workloads.
  • Soldered RAM/storage on Apple Silicon models — same upgrade limitation as the Air, more pronounced given the higher price point.
  • Liquid Retina XDR display on 14"/16" models — genuinely class-leading color accuracy and brightness for creative work.
  • Multiple Thunderbolt/USB-C ports plus, on larger models, HDMI and an SD card slot.
