Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook Pro is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we run the same structured diagnose-then-repair process we use for every job: confirm the fault, explain the cause in plain terms, quote the fix, and only then carry out the repair — using genuine parts and testing the result before handover.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes for most cases
The model
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
Skip the directories. Book direct for transparent pricing with Xigox. Apple computers have unique engineering that make Apple MacBook Pro Home Visit Repair fundamentally different — T2 and Apple Silicon security chips, proprietary SSD soldering, and Retina display calibration all need specialist knowledge.
