Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook Pro is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

If you are looking for Apple MacBook Pro repair in Kelve Road that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Apple bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Apple boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, we connect the device to your network directly, confirm it's assigned a stable address rather than one that changes and breaks the connection later, and test printing/connecting from more than one device on the network before considering setup complete.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. MacBook screens, keyboards, and batteries are proprietary components — non-OEM parts cause brightness flicker, Touch ID failure, or rapid battery degradation. Xigox sources Apple OEM-grade parts for Apple MacBook Pro LAN Setup in Kelve Road: LiquidRetina XDR panel replacements, True Tone-compatible displays, Apple-spec battery replacements — zero post-repair software issues.
Not sure what's wrong with your Apple? Before you commit to any repair, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our technicians in Kelve Road will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Kelve Road, it must pass a comprehensive multi-point quality check. Our team ensures that the issue was successful, checking wi-fi connectivity. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Kelve Road.
