Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook Pro is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

If you are looking for Apple MacBook Pro repair in Matunga that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Apple bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Apple boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, the moment your laptop arrives, we stop any further power-on attempts, fully disassemble it, and clean every affected component with isopropyl alcohol to remove mineral residue and corrosion before it has a chance to keep spreading across circuit traces.
Typical time: 2–24 hours depending on exposure time before being brought in
