Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook Pro is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

If you are looking for Apple MacBook Pro repair in Opera House that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Apple bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Apple boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Parts for Apple MacBook Pro models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400004 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near August Kranti Marg, our service coverage extends across Opera House and all surrounding localities. In addition to Opera House, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Grant Road, Nana Chowk, Girgaon and other nearby areas.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When you want more capacity or speed rather than just a fix, we run a memory diagnostic pass (testing each stick individually when more than one is installed) to confirm whether the fault is a bad module, a loose seating, or a slot-level issue, then fit correctly-specced modules and re-run the test to confirm stability.
Typical time: 15–30 minutes
The model
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. An Apple Silicon Mac with a display fault in Opera House requires specific Apple engineering knowledge. The Apple Silicon architecture limits what third-party tools can access. Xigox's Apple technicians have Mac-specialist expertise: Apple Configurator 2, and True Tone calibration. When it's Apple MacBook Pro Memory Upgrade you need in Opera House, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished Apple MacBook Pro Memory Upgrade — parts and labour both.
Is your deadline today? We provide rush the repair in Opera House for urgent situations. Whether you have an important client meeting and your Apple just stopped working, our priority service puts your Apple at the front of the queue, so most repairs can be finished the same business day. Priority repairs are available 7 days a week in Opera House. Simply mention 'URGENT' when booking and we'll prioritise your repair immediately.
All this issue completed by Xigox in Opera House comes with a written three-month warranty on parts and labour. That means, if anything goes wrong within 3 months, we fix it at zero extra cost. You get a written warranty card with every issue, so the terms are clear.
Businesses across Opera House trust our repair to minimise downtime. We offer annual maintenance plans, priority turnaround, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages the repair for your Opera House workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
Not everyone in Opera House can handle complex this issue. Xigox's engineers work on Apple hardware every day specifically for Apple hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Opera House clients.
Your personal data is our top priority during your repair. Customers throughout Opera House trust us because we never access personal files. Throughout the repair, your confidential files remain untouched. If a software reset is necessary, we consult you beforehand.
Following a professional issue in Opera House, you can expect significantly better performance: faster boot times, lower fan noise, full-day battery performance, or crisp, bright display — based on what was fixed. Xigox performs a benchmark at the end of every issue in Opera House to document the improvement.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Before your Apple is returned in Opera House, it undergoes a rigorous full-system inspection. We verify that your repair was executed flawlessly, testing screen calibration. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Opera House.
Many Opera House customers wonder whether their laptop insurance covers this issue. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Apple units, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Longevity matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use OEM-grade parts for your Apple. Instead of grey-market components, we use trusted supply chains. This is how we help your repair stay durable, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Your issue doesn't end when the Apple is returned. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Opera House customers choose Xigox again and again.
