We repair Apple hardware at chip and board level where it's safe to do so — often a fraction of a full-module swap.

We use genuine Apple parts wherever available; otherwise OEM-compatible components.
Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook Pro is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Xigox is Masjid's leading independent specialist for Apple MacBook Pro repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Apple hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Apple product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Parts for Apple MacBook Pro models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. We actively serve the entire 400003 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Carnac Bunder, our service coverage extends across Masjid and all surrounding localities. In addition to Masjid, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Dongri, Chinch Bunder, Dockyard Road and other nearby areas.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, our technicians configure the printer or device's wireless settings from scratch (rather than just retrying a half-working existing setup), install the matching driver on each device that needs it, and confirm the connection survives a router restart.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
Skip the directories. Book direct for transparent pricing with Xigox. MacBook and iMac use proprietary design decisions that make Apple MacBook Pro Networking Setup more complex — soldered RAM, T2 chip restrictions, and True Tone display profiles all require Apple-specific training. In Masjid, Xigox's Apple repair team handles Apple MacBook Pro Networking Setup for MacBook Air M1/M2/M3, MacBook Pro 14"/16", iMac 24" M-series, and Mac Mini.
Can't wait 48 hours? We provide priority this issue in Masjid for critical situations. Whether you have an exam deadline and your Apple just stopped working, our priority service guarantees completion within 4–6 hours. Priority repairs are available 7 days a week in Masjid. Simply mention 'URGENT' when booking and we'll prioritise your issue immediately.
A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers the repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Apple units, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Before your Apple is returned in Masjid, it undergoes a rigorous full-system inspection. We verify that your issue was executed flawlessly, testing thermal performance. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Masjid.
Not everyone in Masjid can handle complex the repair. Xigox's engineers undergo rigorous training specifically for Apple hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Masjid clients.
Each issue performed by Xigox in Masjid comes with a comprehensive 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. Simply put, if the same issue recurs within 90 days, we redo it completely free. Xigox issues a printed warranty receipt every single time, so you know exactly what is covered.
There are many repair shops in Masjid, however, Xigox stands out for the repair. We believe in total honesty. Each repair begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert repair in Masjid.
Reliability matters for this issue. Because of this, our team strictly use original-specification parts for your Apple. Instead of counterfeit components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your issue will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Wondering how fast Xigox can complete repair in Masjid? Our standard process: First — call or WhatsApp +91 74997 61196 and our pickup technician arrives at your Masjid address within 2 hours. Then — ₹350 diagnostic pinpoints the issue. Step 3 — you approve the quote via WhatsApp — zero pressure. Step 4 — the repair is done using OEM-grade components by our engineers, usually within 2–4 hours. Step 5 — your Apple is delivered back to you with a quality report.
MacBooks and iMacs require specialist knowledge for this issue — standard tools are not compatible with Apple Silicon architecture. Xigox engineers in Masjid are trained in MacBook disassembly protocols: T2 chip firmware, covering MacBook Air M1, M2, M3. Parts are tested before they are fitted.
Following a professional repair in Masjid, you can expect significantly better performance: faster boot times, lower fan noise, full-day battery performance, or crisp, bright display — based on what was fixed. Xigox performs a benchmark at the end of every repair in Masjid to document the improvement.
