Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook Pro is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Apple product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Parts for Apple MacBook Pro models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. We actively serve the entire 400003 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Mohammad Ali Road, our service coverage extends across Mohammed Ali Road and all surrounding localities. In addition to Mohammed Ali Road, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Pydhonie, Bhendi Bazaar, Null Bazaar and other nearby areas.
How your Apple MacBook Pro gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Mohammed Ali Road; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we test the charger and its output voltage first to rule out a bad adapter, then check the DC jack/USB-C port for a cracked solder joint or physically worn connector — the most common real cause — and either re-solder or replace the port assembly as needed.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. MacBook screens, keyboards, and batteries are proprietary components — non-OEM parts cause brightness flicker, Touch ID failure, or rapid battery degradation. Xigox sources Apple OEM-grade parts for Apple MacBook Pro Power Supply Repair in Mohammed Ali Road: LiquidRetina XDR panel replacements, True Tone-compatible displays, Apple-spec battery replacements — zero post-repair software issues.
After a successful this issue in Mohammed Ali Road, most customers notice immediate performance improvements: quicker application loading, cooler operating temperatures, restored battery life, or a perfect display — depending on the specific repair. Xigox runs diagnostic tests before and after this issue in Mohammed Ali Road to confirm the improvement.
Arranging the repair in Mohammed Ali Road is incredibly hassle-free. Step 1, call or WhatsApp us at +91 74997 61196 to describe your issue. Next, our complimentary collection driver arrives at your Mohammed Ali Road doorstep within 1–2 hours. The team then carry out a thorough diagnostic (₹350, credited toward your repair). Once you agree, the repair is executed with genuine parts — and your Apple is returned to you. Most repairs done same day.
Your Apple model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
Apple computers demand in-depth knowledge for the repair — generic repair techniques are inadequate with Apple's proprietary design. Xigox engineers in Mohammed Ali Road are trained in Apple-specific repair procedures: Touch ID re-pairing, covering MacBook Pro 14"/16", iMac 24" M-series, and Mac Mini. All parts are tested to the original specification.
Businesses across Mohammed Ali Road trust our issue to minimise downtime. We offer annual maintenance plans, same-day priority service, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages this issue for your Mohammed Ali Road workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
Many Mohammed Ali Road customers wonder whether their laptop insurance covers the repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Apple units, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
You have options in Mohammed Ali Road, but Xigox is the preferred choice for this issue. Our core values include complete transparency. Every issue starts with a detailed hardware check costing just ₹350, refunded if you proceed. No hidden charges — just professional issue in Mohammed Ali Road.
Your repair doesn't end when the Apple is returned. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Mohammed Ali Road customers choose Xigox again and again.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Before your Apple is returned in Mohammed Ali Road, it undergoes a rigorous full-system inspection. We verify that your issue was executed flawlessly, testing screen calibration. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Mohammed Ali Road.
