Yes — ₹350 for the inspection in Uttan. Our technician diagnoses your laptop and gives you a clear written estimate; if you go ahead with the repair, that ₹350 is adjusted against the total cost, so the inspection itself doesn't add to the bill. If you decide not to proceed, the ₹350 still applies for the technician's time. Our service covers the full 401106 postal area in Uttan.
We accept all major payment methods for Apple MacBook Pro Laptop Refurbished in Uttan: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash. Payment is collected after the repair is completed to your satisfaction — we never charge upfront without consent. Customers near Uttan Fishing Village in Uttan are covered by our free pickup.
Yes — out-of-warranty laptops are most of what we handle in Uttan. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. We repair at component level where it is safe to do so, which is usually a fraction of that cost, and back it with our own 90-day warranty. We've been serving Thane district for over 15 years.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your laptop in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. Free pickup also available in Bhuigaon, Vasai Fort, Bhayandar West and surrounding areas.

Apple MacBook Pro Repair in Uttan — Xigox
Most Uttan repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple MacBook Pro architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Apple component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Apple MacBook Pro — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401106 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Uttan Fishing Village, our service coverage extends across Uttan and all surrounding localities. In addition to Uttan, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Bhuigaon, Vasai Fort, Bhayandar West and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Apple jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Uttan. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
Your Apple MacBook Pro leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
How We Perform Laptop Refurbished
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians start with a full diagnostic to confirm the exact cause rather than assuming it from the symptom alone, explain what they find and the options before any work begins, and only proceed once you've approved a clear, upfront quote.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes for most cases
2 What This Requires
- An honest assessment of repair-vs-replace economics on older devices, so you're not paying more to fix something than it would cost to replace.
3 When You Need This
- Something about your laptop isn't working the way it should and you're not sure exactly why — that's what the initial diagnosis is for.
The model
About the MacBook Pro
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
Key features
- Active fan cooling allows sustained high performance under video export, 3D rendering, and compilation workloads.
- Soldered RAM/storage on Apple Silicon models — same upgrade limitation as the Air, more pronounced given the higher price point.
- Liquid Retina XDR display on 14"/16" models — genuinely class-leading color accuracy and brightness for creative work.
- Multiple Thunderbolt/USB-C ports plus, on larger models, HDMI and an SD card slot.
