Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook Pro is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Xigox is Manickpur's leading independent specialist for Apple MacBook Pro repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Apple hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Apple product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Every Apple component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Apple MacBook Pro — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401202 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Ambadi Road, our service coverage extends across Manickpur and all surrounding localities. In addition to Manickpur, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Navghar Vasai, Vasai Gaon, Vasai and other nearby areas.
How your Apple MacBook Pro gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Manickpur; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Apple work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Apple MacBook Pro does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians run a before/after temperature benchmark under load so the improvement is measurable, not just assumed — checking fan RPM response and idle/load temperatures both before opening the chassis and again after the clean and repaste.
Dried-out factory thermal paste is one of the most common causes of creeping temperatures on a laptop that is otherwise healthy — we always clean off the old compound fully before applying fresh paste, rather than layering over it.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
Skip the directories. Book direct for transparent pricing with Xigox. MacBook and iMac use proprietary design decisions that make Apple MacBook Pro Thermal Paste Application more complex — soldered RAM, T2 chip restrictions, and True Tone display profiles all require Apple-specific training. In Manickpur, Xigox's Apple repair team handles Apple MacBook Pro Thermal Paste Application for MacBook Air M1/M2/M3, MacBook Pro 14"/16", iMac 24" M-series, and Mac Mini.
A common question is whether an extended warranty applies to this issue. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. When manufacturer warranty has expired, third-party issue is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Manickpur, it must pass a strict multi-point quality check. Our team ensures that the repair was successful, checking port functionality. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Manickpur.
Longevity matters for this issue. Because of this, our team strictly use OEM-grade parts for your Apple. Instead of grey-market components, we use trusted supply chains. This is how we help your issue stay durable, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
