Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook Pro is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Xigox is Deonar's leading independent specialist for Apple MacBook Pro repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Apple hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Apple product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Every Apple component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Apple MacBook Pro — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400088 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, our service coverage extends across Deonar and all surrounding localities. In addition to Deonar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Mankhurd, Anushakti Nagar, Chembur and other nearby areas.
How your Apple MacBook Pro gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Deonar; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we fully disassemble the cooling path, clean out accumulated dust from the fan blades and heatsink fins (the single biggest real cause of creeping temperatures), remove the old dried-out thermal paste completely from both the CPU/GPU die and the heatsink contact plate, and apply fresh paste before reassembly.
Dried-out factory thermal paste is one of the most common causes of creeping temperatures on a laptop that is otherwise healthy — we always clean off the old compound fully before applying fresh paste, rather than layering over it.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Water damage on a MacBook in Deonar is far more complex than on standard laptops — Apple's board layout routes liquid directly to SMC and T2 pathways. Xigox's Apple team uses microscope-aided board cleaning: board traces, connector pins, and USB-C charging components all inspected — then runs full Apple Diagnostics to confirm recovery. When it's Apple MacBook Pro Thermal Paste Replacement you need in Deonar, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished Apple MacBook Pro Thermal Paste Replacement — parts and labour both.
