Apple MacBook Pro Water Damage in Kamani — Comprehensive Guide

Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Water damage on a MacBook in Kamani is far more complex than on standard laptops — Apple's board layout routes liquid directly to SMC and T2 pathways. Xigox's Apple team uses microscope-aided board cleaning: board traces, connector pins, and USB-C charging components all inspected — then runs full Apple Diagnostics to confirm recovery.

We know your time is valuable in Kamani. Xigox plans Water Damage for speed and efficiency. In 90% of cases, our technicians complete the Water Damage on the same day. Our team offers free doorstep pickup from your Kamani address, execute the repair at our workshop, and return it to you.

Once you agree, this repair is executed with genuine parts — and your Apple MacBook Pro is returned to you. Most repairs done same day.

Express Water Damage — What to Expect

Curious how quickly Xigox can complete job in Kamani? Here's our typical timeline: Step 1 — message us and our pickup technician reaches you within 2 hours. Apple MacBook Pro Repair in Kamani — Xigox

Most Kamani repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple MacBook Pro architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.

Parts for Apple MacBook Pro models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.

We actively serve the entire 400070 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near LBS Marg, our service coverage extends across Kamani and all surrounding localities. In addition to Kamani, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Vidyavihar East, Vidyavihar, Pant Nagar and other nearby areas.

Straightforward Apple jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Kamani. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.

We back Apple work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Apple MacBook Pro does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done

How We Perform Laptop & Computer Water Damage Repair

What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.

1 How It's Performed

For a repair job on this component, the moment your laptop arrives, we stop any further power-on attempts, fully disassemble it, and clean every affected component with isopropyl alcohol to remove mineral residue and corrosion before it has a chance to keep spreading across circuit traces.

Typical time: 2–24 hours depending on exposure time before being brought in

2 What This Requires

  • The device NOT being powered on again after the spill — this is the single most important thing you can do yourself before bringing it in, since powering on a wet board is what actually causes most of the permanent damage.
  • Full disassembly to board level, since residue hides under components and connectors where a surface wipe can't reach.
  • Isopropyl alcohol cleaning and an ultrasonic bath where the board design allows it, to remove corrosion before it spreads.

3 When You Need This

  • You already tried turning it on after the spill and it behaved strangely — this doesn't mean the damage is unfixable, but it does mean getting it to us quickly matters more than ever.

About the MacBook Pro

Best for: video/photo editing, software development, and sustained heavy workloads

The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.

Key features

  • Active fan cooling allows sustained high performance under video export, 3D rendering, and compilation workloads.
  • Soldered RAM/storage on Apple Silicon models — same upgrade limitation as the Air, more pronounced given the higher price point.
  • Liquid Retina XDR display on 14"/16" models — genuinely class-leading color accuracy and brightness for creative work.
  • Multiple Thunderbolt/USB-C ports plus, on larger models, HDMI and an SD card slot.
