10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Talasari repair shops handle MSI the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our MSI technicians are trained specifically on MSI Modern AM242 AIO architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on MSI work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for MSI Modern AM242 AIO models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401606 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Talasari Road, our service coverage extends across Talasari and all surrounding localities. In addition to Talasari, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Bordi, Bordi Beach, Gholvad and other nearby areas.
How your MSI Modern AM242 AIO gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Talasari; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back MSI work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your MSI Modern AM242 AIO does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we first check the drive's own health data (SMART attributes, reallocated sector count) to confirm whether it's actually failing versus just full, then clone your existing drive sector-by-sector onto the new one wherever possible so your OS, apps, and files carry over without a fresh install.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes (longer if cloning existing data)
