If you are looking for MSI Computer repair in Film City that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent MSI bench since 2011, and our technicians work on MSI boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
We stock genuine MSI parts and OEM-compatible components for every common Computer fault — from screen replacements and battery swaps to logic board repairs and data recovery. Before any work begins, you receive a written cost estimate. Our ₹350 inspection fee is refunded if you proceed with the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400065 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). In addition to Film City, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Aarey Colony, Goregaon East, Malad East and other nearby areas.
How your MSI Computer gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Film City; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your MSI Computer leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

Product lines
MSI does not build one desktop — it builds 9 separate series, and Gaming PC Battery Replacement is a different job on each. Xigox services Creator, GF, Katana and MAG and the rest of the MSI range. We regularly take in Creator, GF, Katana and MAG, along with MEG, Modern, Prestige and Raider units for Gaming PC Battery Replacement in Film City. Specific MSI models on our current service list include MSI MAG Infinite S3, MSI MEG Trident X2 and MSI PRO DP180. If your MSI model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The MSI PRO DP180 is part of MSI's PRO desktop line — business and productivity-oriented desktops rather than MSI's gaming-focused MAG/MEG lines.
The MSI MAG Infinite S3 is part of MSI's MAG desktop line — mid-tier gaming desktops balancing performance and value, positioned below the flagship MEG line.
The MSI MEG Trident X2 is part of MSI's MEG line — MSI's flagship high-performance gaming desktops, with the strongest cooling and component tiers in MSI's desktop range.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we check the battery's actual health (cycle count and current capacity vs. its rated capacity) before replacing it, then safely discharge and disconnect the old cell, fit a replacement matched to your model's voltage and connector, and recalibrate the battery gauge with a full charge-discharge cycle.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. A MSI battery loses significant capacity after 500–800 charge cycles. In Film City, Xigox's MSI Gaming PC Battery Replacement restores full-day battery performance: genuine-equivalent cells, quick turnaround, and a verified capacity check to confirm you get the rated battery life.
Not all the repair issues are hardware-related. Xigox engineers are just as proficient at resolving software faults as hardware repair. Common software causes include: an OS that fails to boot, severe virus damage, driver conflicts, or MBR/GPT corruption. Our team restores Windows 10 or 11 in 1–2 hours, with a pre-backup where needed.
Xigox isn't just for individuals Film City rely on our issue to maintain productivity. Our corporate solutions include AMC agreements, priority SLA turnaround, and dedicated account managers. Whether you have 5 laptops or 500, Xigox handles this issue for your Film City office with corporate billing and detailed repair documentation.
Xigox's responsibility extends beyond the repair itself. The Xigox after-service team remains reachable 7 days a week, 9 AM–9 PM via WhatsApp or phone. Should any concern arise within 90 days of your repair, simply contact us and a technician is dispatched at no cost. This commitment is why residents in Film City return to Xigox.

All the repair performed by Xigox in Film City comes with a written 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. Simply put, if the same issue recurs within 90 days, we redo it completely free. Xigox issues a printed warranty receipt every single time, so you know exactly what is covered.
Your private information is fully protected during your issue. Residents across Film City rely on Xigox because we follow strict data privacy protocols. During the issue, your photos, emails, and passwords are completely secure. In cases where OS reinstallation is required, we will always inform you first.

The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
