Who repairs your device
Your MSI MAG Infinite S3 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Girgaon repair shops handle MSI the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our MSI technicians are trained specifically on MSI MAG Infinite S3 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on MSI work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every MSI component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your MSI MAG Infinite S3 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400004 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near JSS Road (Jagannath Shankar Seth), our service coverage extends across Girgaon and all surrounding localities. In addition to Girgaon, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Opera House, Charni Road, Nana Chowk and other nearby areas.
How your MSI MAG Infinite S3 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Girgaon; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back MSI work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your MSI MAG Infinite S3 does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we fully disassemble the cooling path, clean out accumulated dust from the fan blades and heatsink fins (the single biggest real cause of creeping temperatures), remove the old dried-out thermal paste completely from both the CPU/GPU die and the heatsink contact plate, and apply fresh paste before reassembly.
Dried-out factory thermal paste is one of the most common causes of creeping temperatures on a laptop that is otherwise healthy — we always clean off the old compound fully before applying fresh paste, rather than layering over it.

The model
The MSI MAG Infinite S3 is part of MSI's MAG desktop line — mid-tier gaming desktops balancing performance and value, positioned below the flagship MEG line.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. A high-TDP MSI in Girgaon stresses the cooling system far more than casual use. Xigox tailors the thermal solution to your use case: premium compound for demanding tasks, fan profile checks included to confirm your MSI holds 70–75°C under full load.
Reliability matters for this issue. Because of this, our team strictly use original-specification parts for your MSI. Instead of counterfeit components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your issue will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Not everyone in Girgaon can handle complex the repair. Xigox's engineers undergo rigorous training specifically for MSI hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Girgaon clients.
During your issue in Girgaon, it's the perfect time to consider an upgrade. A large number of clients choose to add more RAM while the MSI is being repaired. Bundling these services saves you money on labour and extends its life by years. Inquire today about performance upgrades when you book your issue.
Your repair doesn't end when the MSI is returned. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Girgaon customers choose Xigox again and again.
Each issue performed by Xigox in Girgaon comes with a comprehensive 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. Simply put, if the same issue recurs within 90 days, we redo it completely free. Xigox issues a printed warranty receipt every single time, so you know exactly what is covered.
Your MSI model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
Premium issue doesn't have to be expensive in Girgaon. By optimizing our repair processes, we offer savings of up to half the cost compared to official repair outlets. You get the same OEM components for your MSI, without the massive markup. Request a price estimate for this issue in Girgaon today.
Your private information is fully protected during your repair. Residents across Girgaon rely on Xigox because we follow strict data privacy protocols. During the repair, your photos, emails, and passwords are completely secure. In cases where OS reinstallation is required, we will always inform you first.
A common question is whether an extended warranty applies to this issue. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. When manufacturer warranty has expired, third-party issue is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
There are many repair shops in Girgaon, however, Xigox stands out for the repair. We believe in complete transparency. Each repair begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert repair in Girgaon.
