Custom Workstation — SSD Upgrade

Lenovo Yoga 7i — Broken Hinge Fix

“The left hinge on my Lenovo Yoga 7i cracked completely and the screen was wobbling dangerously every time I tried to open or close the lid, with pieces of plastic falling off the base. At the Xigox the technician inspected both hinges and found that the right hinge was also developing stress fractures. They replaced both hinge assemblies with heavy-duty stainless steel replacements, reinforced the mounting points inside the laptop body with metal brackets, and carefully reassembled the casing so it looks completely original. The lid now opens and closes with smooth, firm resistance and there is absolutely zero wobble. They even touched up the small scuff marks on the plastic bezels. Remarkable repair quality — They turned what I thought was a write-off into a perfectly working device.”

Dell Inspiron 15 5530 — WiFi Issue Fix

“WiFi on my Dell Inspiron 15 5530 kept dropping every few minutes. Xigox Dahisar replaced the faulty wireless card and updated drivers. Rock-solid connection now even from two rooms away. Fast diagnosis and fair price.”

Lenovo Yoga AIO 7 — Logic Board Fix

“My Lenovo Yoga AIO 7 completely stopped powering on after a brief power fluctuation during the evening. Pressing the power button produced absolutely no response — no fans, no screen, nothing. Given the compact integrated design of all-in-one computers, I was told by another shop that motherboard replacement would cost nearly as much as a new machine. The Xigox Dahisar technician specialises in chip-level repair for these compact form-factor devices. Using a thermal camera and oscilloscope they traced the fault to a blown power regulation IC and two damaged ceramic capacitors near the power input section. They micro-soldered replacement components, verified all voltage rails were within specification, and stress-tested the system for several hours. My all-in-one powers on instantly and has been working flawlessly. The repair cost less than a quarter of what a replacement motherboard would have been. Remarkable board-level skills — They turned what I thought was a write-off into a perfectly working device.”

Mac Mini M2 Pro — OS Installation

“Windows on my Mac Mini M2 Pro was corrupted beyond repair. Xigox Dahisar performed a clean installation, migrated all my files, reinstalled essential software, and configured drivers. Boots fast and runs perfectly now.”

Lenovo ThinkStation P360 — Power Supply Fix

“My Lenovo ThinkStation P360 started experiencing sudden shutdowns during gaming sessions and heavy rendering workloads, which initially made me suspect overheating but the temperatures were all perfectly normal. The Xigox Dahisar technician diagnosed the power supply by testing it under load and identified significant voltage drops on the twelve-volt rail under moderate power draw, which meant the PSU was failing to deliver sufficient power to the GPU and CPU simultaneously. They replaced it with a high-quality eighty-plus gold rated power supply with adequate wattage headroom for my components, routed all cables neatly for optimal airflow, and also added a UPS recommendation for power surge protection during Mumbai monsoons. The system now handles intensive gaming and rendering sessions for hours without a single shutdown. The improved cable management also reduced internal temperatures by approximately five degrees. Remarkable power supply work — They turned what I thought was a write-off into a perfectly working device.”

Acer Veriton Z AIO — Built-in Speaker Fix

“Built-in speakers on my Acer Veriton Z AIO had crackling and one side was dead. Xigox Dahisar replaced both speaker drivers with matching OEM units. Crystal-clear stereo sound now at every volume level. Calls and music sound perfect.”

“My Dell OptiPlex 7010 showed constant blue screen of death errors. Xigox Dahisar ran extensive diagnostics and found a bad RAM module. Replaced it and updated all drivers. Rock-solid stability since the repair. Efficient diagnosis.”

iMac 27 5K 2020 — Overheating Fix

“My iMac 27 5K 2020 was overheating badly in the compact chassis causing random shutdowns. Xigox Dahisar cleaned all dust, replaced thermal compound, and improved internal airflow. Runs cool and stable now even under heavy load.”

Dell Latitude 5540 — Blue Screen Fix

“Constant blue screen errors on my Dell Latitude 5540 were driving me crazy. Xigox Dahisar diagnosed a failing RAM module and replaced it same day. Zero crashes since. Quick diagnosis and transparent pricing throughout.”

“Audio on my Dell Precision 3660 was crackling and cutting out. Xigox Dahisar found a bad audio capacitor on the motherboard and replaced it. Crystal-clear sound now through both speakers and headphones. Precise component-level fix.”
