HP Pavilion 15-eg — Keyboard Fix

“After accidentally spilling an entire cup of chai on my HP Pavilion 15-eg, about fifteen keys stopped responding entirely and the backlight on the left side was permanently dead. I visited Xigox Malad expecting to hear bad news but the technician quickly identified that the keyboard membrane was damaged beyond repair while the underlying motherboard was completely safe. They ordered a brand-new backlit keyboard that matched the original layout perfectly, including the specific key travel distance and feel that I was used to. Dell Alienware m16 — Motherboard Chip-Level Fix

“My Dell Alienware m16 completely stopped powering on one morning and two other repair shops in Colaba told me the motherboard was dead and I should buy a new laptop. As a last resort I brought it to Xigox. Their senior technician spent over an hour performing chip-level diagnostics using an oscilloscope and multimeter, eventually pinpointing a failed MOSFET in the power regulation circuit. They micro-soldered a replacement component and also found a corroded capacitor nearby which they proactively replaced. Total cost was around four thousand five hundred rupees compared to the fifteen thousand others had quoted for full motherboard replacement. My laptop now works perfectly and has been running flawlessly for over three months since the repair. Superb expertise — My entire family now trusts Xigox for all our device repair needs.”
