Who repairs your device
Your Toshiba Portege X30 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

FAQ
Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Poisar repair shops handle Toshiba the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Toshiba technicians are trained specifically on Toshiba Portege X30 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Toshiba work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Toshiba Portege X30 models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400067 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Poisar Bus Depot, our service coverage extends across Poisar and all surrounding localities. In addition to Poisar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Kandivali, Kandivali West, Charkop and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Toshiba jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Poisar. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
We back Toshiba work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Toshiba Portege X30 does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we remove the damaged panel section, source a replacement part matched to your exact chassis color and mounting points, and carefully migrate over any attached components (speakers, ports, antennas) that are built into the original panel rather than separate.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes depending on scope
