10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Kelve Beach repair shops handle Toshiba the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Toshiba technicians are trained specifically on Toshiba Tecra A50 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Toshiba work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Toshiba component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Toshiba Tecra A50 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401401 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Kelve Beach Road, our service coverage extends across Kelve Beach and all surrounding localities. In addition to Kelve Beach, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Kelve Naka, Kelve Road Station, Shirgaon Palghar and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Toshiba jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Kelve Beach. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
We back Toshiba work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Toshiba Tecra A50 does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, our technicians assess whether the damage is cosmetic or is also affecting internal component fit/alignment (a cracked body section can put pressure on a board or battery underneath), then replace or reinforce the affected section accordingly.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes depending on scope
