Who repairs your device
Your Sony VAIO E Series is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Antop Hill repair shops handle Sony VAIO the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Sony VAIO technicians are trained specifically on Sony VAIO E Series architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Sony VAIO work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Sony VAIO component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Sony VAIO E Series — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400037 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Sion, our service coverage extends across Antop Hill and all surrounding localities. In addition to Antop Hill, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Wadala, Wadala Road, King Circle and other nearby areas.
How your Sony VAIO E Series gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Antop Hill; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Sony VAIO E Series leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this exact symptom shows up, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
