Who repairs your device
Your Xiaomi Mi Notebook Ultra is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we remove the damaged panel section, source a replacement part matched to your exact chassis color and mounting points, and carefully migrate over any attached components (speakers, ports, antennas) that are built into the original panel rather than separate.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes depending on scope
