Who repairs your device
Your Xiaomi Mi Notebook Ultra is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

If you are looking for Xiaomi Mi Notebook Ultra repair in Charoti that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Xiaomi bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Xiaomi boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Every Xiaomi component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Xiaomi Mi Notebook Ultra — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401601 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Dahanu, our service coverage extends across Charoti and all surrounding localities. In addition to Charoti, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Ganjad, Zai, Betegaon and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Xiaomi jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Charoti. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
We back Xiaomi work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Xiaomi Mi Notebook Ultra does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we isolate the fault to a specific power stage or IC first (rather than assuming a full board swap is needed), repair or reflow/replace only the failed component using hot-air rework stations, and run full POST and stress tests before considering the job done.
Typical time: 2–24 hours depending on fault complexity
The model
The Mi Notebook Ultra is part of Xiaomi's Mi Notebook line — Xiaomi's Windows laptop offering, generally well-regarded for specs-per-rupee value in the Indian market.
