How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians document the condition found (temperatures, battery health, dust levels) before and after, so a maintenance visit actually tells you something useful about the device's condition rather than being a routine box-tick.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Business desktop computers need fast turnaround on Acer Computer AMC Pricing. Xigox offers annual maintenance contracts for 5–500 units in Dharavi: proactive servicing, 4-hour SLA response, and full repair documentation with corporate billing.
Not sure what's wrong with your Acer? Before you commit to any repair, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our local experts will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
Every issue completed by Xigox in Dharavi comes with a documented three-month warranty on parts and labour. That means, if anything goes wrong within 3 months, we fix it at zero extra cost. You get a written warranty card with every issue, so the terms are clear.
Reliability matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use original-specification parts for your Acer. Instead of counterfeit components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Not everyone in Dharavi can handle complex this issue. Xigox's engineers work on Acer hardware every day specifically for Acer hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Dharavi clients.
Swapping the whole board costs 3–5x more than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's on-site BGA rework station means engineers identify the specific chip and repair at the component level — saving customers thousands of rupees. Customers in Dharavi come to Xigox specifically for this.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in Dharavi is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Prior to touching your Acer, our technician sends a WhatsApp quote that covers everything. You see the exact cost — approve it or decline, no pressure. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you proceed with this issue.
Your personal data is our top priority during your repair. Customers throughout Dharavi trust us because we never access personal files. Throughout the repair, your confidential files remain untouched. If a software reset is necessary, we consult you beforehand.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Before your Acer is returned in Dharavi, it must pass a rigorous full-system quality check. Our team ensures that the issue was 100% successful, checking port functionality. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Dharavi.
You have options in Dharavi, but Xigox is the preferred choice for the repair. Our core values include complete transparency. Every repair starts with a detailed hardware check costing just ₹350, refunded if you proceed. No hidden charges — just professional repair in Dharavi.
