10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Dahisar repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Computer architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Acer Computer models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400068 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Happy Valley, our service coverage extends across Dahisar and all surrounding localities. In addition to Dahisar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Dahisar West, Borivali East, Dahisar East and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Dahisar. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Your Acer Computer leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

Our bench covers 9 distinct Acer series. That matters for Computer Blu-ray Drive Installation, because a Aspire and a Aspire C are stripped down very differently. Specific Acer models on our current service list include Acer Aspire TC-1780, Acer Predator Orion 5000 and Acer Veriton M4690G. If your Acer model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When setting this up from scratch, our technicians fit the replacement drive, migrate your data via direct cloning (or a fresh OS install plus manual file restore if cloning isn't viable), and verify the new drive boots cleanly and passes a read/write health check before handover.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes (longer if cloning existing data)
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Business desktop computers cannot afford extended downtime. Xigox offers annual maintenance contracts for 5–500 units in Dahisar: proactive servicing, 4-hour SLA response, and full repair documentation with corporate billing.
Quality matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use genuine parts for your Acer. Instead of unbranded components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
All this issue completed by Xigox in Dahisar comes with a written three-month warranty on parts and labour. That means, if anything goes wrong within 3 months, we fix it at zero extra cost. You get a written warranty card with every issue, so the terms are clear.
Traveling across town in Dahisar is stressful. That's why Xigox has built a straightforward pickup and delivery network for the repair. Just drop your pin, and our technician will pick up the Acer from your home or office. After the repair is completed, it is delivered back fully tested and sealed. Save your time without leaving your desk.
Not everyone in Dahisar can handle complex this issue. Xigox's engineers undergo rigorous training specifically for Acer hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Dahisar clients.

Then, our free pickup technician arrives at your Dahisar address within the same day. Our engineers then perform a detailed diagnostic (₹350, refunded if you proceed). After your approval, the repair is completed with OEM-grade parts — and your Acer is delivered back to you. Total turnaround: 24-48 hours.
Following a professional issue in Dahisar, you can expect significantly better performance: faster boot times, lower fan noise, full-day battery performance, or crisp, bright display — based on what was fixed. Xigox performs a benchmark at the end of every issue in Dahisar to document the improvement.
Curious how quickly Xigox can complete repair in Dahisar? Here's our typical timeline: Step 1 — message us and our pickup technician arrives at your Dahisar address within 2 hours. Finally — the repair is executed using genuine parts at our Virar West workshop, often same day. Then — your Acer is delivered back to you fully tested.
Replacing an entire board is often unnecessary than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's in-house chip-level facility means engineers diagnose the exact failing IC and replace only that component — a fraction of full board replacement. Dahisar residents seek us out for chip-level issue.
